The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures, the ability to handle the ever-changing nature of the workforce and a knack for connecting with others to ensure various needs relating to human capital are appropriately managed. This individual will collaborate with the agency’s executive team on a regular basis to ensure cohesive communications and connectivity about all things related to human resources. School-based Clinician

The school-based team provides onsite clinical services to schools from Aspen to Rifle. We serve Aspen School District, Roaring Fork School District/Re-1, Garfield/Re-2 School District and private schools without our regional footprint. The contracts between Aspen Hope Center and our school partners require a clinical mental health clinician to be onsite to appropriately triage students, assess risk, provide care coordination and serve as a mental health resource for the school as a whole. All new school-based positions will begin in August of 2024 and follow the school schedule.

Crisis Clinician

Aspen Hope Center crisis clinicians are the core staff member interacting with every client. Therefore, it is essential that all interactions are conducted in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner. The clinicians are responsible for making sure each caller is treated with compassion and time is taken to determine the appropriate course of treatment.

A crisis clinician’s role is to provide care and immediate mental health services to anyone who calls. Primary function is to assess and triage individuals who present with any type of mental health crisis – as defined by the caller. The role of the clinician will be to ensure continuity of care: an immediate and professional intake or evaluation, collaboration with proper agencies, referral to appropriate type and level of service, and advocacy for any treatment deemed necessary beyond the initial crisis.
